what is an actual online credit card and how does it work? do i have to have a checking account? i do have a savings account through a credit union. thank you for time.

for the american express card that offers 4.9% interest for the life of the transfer. Do you have to make any purchases to keep that rate.

Does applying for and receiving a credit card, the one to do a balance transfer, lower or affect you credit score?
If you apply for a credit card and get an approval, your credit score is improved, especially if you pay off the card in full and on time. And balance transfer cards are not an exclusion.

what credit card company has a application that you can enter co-signer information.
It seems to me that most credit card companies have cosigner cards to offer. So you better look it up at their official sites. Unfortunately, we do not carry credit cards with cosigner.
